Carson O. Mouser Jr. is a dedicated family law attorney known for his empathy, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to his clients. A graduate of Florida A&M University College of Law, Carson earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors, building on a dynamic and diverse foundation of academic, athletic, and professional achievements.

A Foundation Built on Excellence and Experience
His path to the legal field is marked by a rich tapestry of experiences that distinguish him from many in the profession. Carson earned his bachelor’s degree in Law and Society (Pre-Law) from Purdue University, with a minor in Mathematics. While at Purdue, he was a standout member of the university’s Rugby Club and was selected to play in the Collegiate National All-Star Tournament.

After college, Carson broadened his horizons by teaching English and playing rugby in Japan. Upon returning to the U.S., he excelled in the business world, managing a division of a national distribution company—all while continuing to compete in rugby at the highest national levels.

Leadership in Business, Passion for People
Carson later earned an MBA from Indiana University, with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing. He then went on to coach the Indianapolis Men’s Rugby Team, leading them to the National Final Four Championships, and subsequently managed the Southeast U.S. region of his distribution company as Regional Operations Manager, a role that brought him to Orlando.

Carson’s decision to pursue law was fueled by a desire to make a meaningful impact in his community. He found fulfillment in empowering employees and mentoring athletes, and he now brings that same dedication to his legal practice. Since graduating from law school, he has focused his work exclusively on family law, where his business acumen, financial literacy, and compassionate approach offer clients a unique and valuable perspective.
